This ground floor apartment opens up onto a great entertaining deck with lovely gardens. Lift access to all levels. Also suitable for two families to stay in the same complex. Ideal for the elderly or families with small children.

The deck features an awning which covers the whole outside deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The unit features reverse cycle air conditioning, enjoying a North facing outlook towards Avoca Beach. The apartment is wheelchair friendly with hoist and shower chair available at no extra charge if required. A large living and dining area. There is a separate TV room with a 50 inch plasma television.

The kitchen features all the latest Miele kitchen appliances. Very well equipped and modern.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a fantastic ensuite, featuring a deep bath and shower. Main bathroom has a shower, plus a separate powder room. Bedroom two has a queen size bed and bedroom three has one set of bunks plus a single bed. There is a roll-away single bed and port-a-cot available at no extra charge. There is also a child's bed rail for the single bed.

Laundry has washing machine and dryer. Undercover parking for two cars.

Excellent location - very near the beach but nestled in the quiet area.
