Downstairs - bedroom four has two cantilever style beds (double bed with a single on top). Bedroom 5 has a king size with an ensuite. Main bathroom has a spa bath.
Sun room has television, video, dvd and lounges. Main lounge room at front with a separate dining table. Gas BBQ. Double lock up garage. Kitchen has microwave and dishwasher. Accommodates up to twelve people.
