A stylishly presented house situated on Avoca Lake with a beautiful inground pool. This home can accommodate eight people and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

The house is air conditioned throughoutl. A modern and functional kitchen overlooks the deck, pool and lake. There is a large rumpus room boasting billiard table and a flat screen television with DVD player. The lounge area overlooks the deck, pool and lake and also has a large television with DVD player.
Up a few stairs to the bedrooms which comprise: bedroom one has a queen size bed; bedroom two has two queen size beds; bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Main bathroom has a separate toilet, large shower and deep corner bath.
There is a laundry next to the kitchen with washing machine and dryer. There is also another toilet and separate shower on this lower level. There is also a hot outdoor shower near the pool.
Double lock up garage plus Parking: Carport for 1 plus at least 3 spaces.
