There is a large open plan lounge and dining area that opens out onto the deck. The property has ceiling fans throughout. A rumpus room which opens out onto a sunny courtyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Great kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. Television and VCR.

Bedroom one has a queen size bed with an ensuite. Bedroom two has one set of bunks and two singles, which can become a king size bed upon request. Bedroom three one set of bunks and two singles, which can become a king upon request. Bedroom four has two single beds which can become a king double (this must be requested).

Main bathroom plus an extra shower in the laundry as well. There is also another separate toilet. Lock up double garage. All bed linen supplied. Sleeps up to twelve.
