What do I need to bring with me?

We do not supply your linen (sheets and pillowcases), your towels (bath and beach towels), bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, cleaning products, dish washing liquids or tablets, washing powers, toilet paper, soap, hairdryers and any other personal items that you wish to have during your stay. You can however hire your linen through:

When, Where and How can we pick up our keys?

Easy! You must pick up your keys from our office which is located at 164 Avoca Drive, Avoca Beach and check in is after 2:00pm.

If you are checking in after hours (Our Office Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 3:00pm) please advise if you are unable to arrive during office hours to assist with alternate arrangements.

After hours check–ins incur a fee of $25.00 as a representative of George Brand Real Estate will meet you at the property. Public Holiday fee is $30.00.

On arrival guests will be required to sign the Guest Registration Form and provide ID.

What is the check-in and check-out times?

Keys can be picked up from our office at Avoca Beach anytime after 2:00pm and check out is 10:00am. The keys must be returned to our office at Avoca Beach.  Keys cannot be returned to other George Brand Offices.

Condition of Property/Garbage Disposal

Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it when vacating. Extra cleaning charges will be charged if it is not left in a neat and tidy state.  Remove any excess rubbish and take it with you.  Additional charges will be incurred for incorrect placement of rubbish, not putting garbage bins out for collection and removal of excess rubbish.  BBQ’s must be left clean.

Additional cleaning charges will apply should the property and BBQ not be left in a neat and clean manner.
