Julie is a long-standing member of the George Brand team, having started in Strata and Sales with George Brand himself over 30 years ago. After a short stint in Queensland, she returned to take on the Receptionist role, warmly greeting many of our owners like old friends.

Julie has now transitioned back into the Holiday Department, where her extensive knowledge and experience are a tremendous asset  especially during the busy holiday seasons. Her familiarity with the company and commitment to helping others make her an invaluable part of the team.

A loyal and dedicated employee, Julie is always willing to lend a hand and enjoys the occasional practical joke to keep things light-hearted.

In his role as Operations Manager at George Brand Holidays, TJ draws on 8 years in the short-term rental industry to build smooth, scalable operations that delight guests and keep owners confident. He has managed a portfolio of 1,000+ properties, leading day-to-day operations while implementing systems, SOPs, and automation that support rapid growth without sacrificing quality.

Known for his calm, data-led approach, TJ aligns pricing, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience around clear KPIs. He thrives on process design, tech adoption (PMS and integrations), and cross-team coordination, the practical blockers that make-or-break scale.

Collaborative and outcomes-focused, he builds strong relationships with owners, partners, and his team, communicating with clarity and following through. TJ is proud to be part of the future of George Brand, down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely client-focused, helping guests have memorable stays and owners grow long-term value.
