Upon entry to the property you will find a kitchenette and open plan living room opening out onto the courtyard with outdoor furniture. Bedroom 4 opens onto the courtyard and has a queen size bed. The study contains two single beds ( if required). A bathroom and laundry complete this level.
Upstairs is the main kitchen, dining and lounge room which also opens up onto another courtyard with bbq and outdoor furniture. There are 3 bedrooms on this level. Master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has a double bed. Linen is provided. There is also a full main bathroom on this level. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and lounge room.
Another relaxing balcony is located at the end of the hallway.
There is a double garage for parking and off street parking. Please note, no parking in the driveway. Pet friendly for quiet well behaved dog - please remove all evidence.
