Ideal for two families or a larger family with teenage children. 6 min walk to the beach. Families only. Entry is on level 1, where you will find a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. Bedroom one is also on this level and contains queen size bed, and bedroom two has two sets of bunks. On Level 2 you will find Bedroom 3 containing a queen size bed. Please note that the entry to level 2 and level 3 are both externally entered via a staircase on the side of the property. Level 3 has the Rumpus Room, which is ideal for teenagers. There is also a bar and fridge, surround sound and a table tennis. There are two single lounges which can be used as single beds. Lovely manicured yard and gardens with plenty of room for kids to play.
